What this portal collects
You provide a name, work email and password at the access screen. The name and email are self-reported, not verified. The password is transmitted over HTTPS to verify access; it is not recorded in acceptance receipts or application logs. Successful access creates an acceptance receipt containing your supplied name and email, a random receipt identifier, the accepted terms version and content digest, acceptance and expiration times, and your optional interaction-measurement choice. The record does not prove your identity or authority to bind an organization.
An essential signed session cookie keeps access active for up to eight hours. The application records successful requests for the protected page and PDF against that receipt, with a resource category and time. This access trail supports confidential distribution and access administration. A request does not prove that a document was read or understood.
Optional interaction measurement
You can separately choose to share interaction activity. Declining does not prevent access. If enabled, the application records a limited set of actions: opening a section or proposal, selecting a tab, comparing response paths, changing a model control, using a simulation control, and requesting an export. Records contain an event identifier, action type, allowlisted control or section identifier, receipt identifier and server time. They do not contain typed values, financial assumptions, form contents, keystrokes, mouse coordinates, screen recordings or full browsing histories.
There are no advertising trackers or marketing profiles. Selected calculator inputs and hypothetical response choices are saved in this browser so the local scenario can survive a reload. These values are not submitted to the application server or shared with other reviewers. Names, free-form notes and approval records are not included in that saved scenario. Use “Clear saved what-if” to remove it; signing out also instructs supported browsers to clear this portal's local storage. On a shared device, clear the saved scenario before leaving. Exported files are saved to your device. To change your measurement choice, sign out and choose again at access. Delivery can be interrupted by browser settings or network failures; absent events are not treated as proof of inactivity.
Purpose, provider and disclosure
The application uses access records to control access, record the terms accepted, and protect the confidential review. Optional interaction records help Owen understand how the materials are used and improve the review experience. Cloudflare hosts the site and database and processes network information such as IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and secure its services. Provider processing and retention are described in Cloudflare's privacy policy. Infrastructure processing may occur outside your location.
Owen does not sell portal data or use it for targeted advertising. Records are available for the purposes described here, resolving access or terms disputes, and responding to lawful requirements. They may be disclosed to advisers who need them for those purposes or when law requires.
Retention and choices
The session expires after eight hours or can be cleared by signing out. Acceptance receipts expire after 365 days; access and optional interaction events expire after 30 days. Expired records are removed by the next successful daily cleanup. Provider backups and platform records follow the provider's applicable retention rules. General application request logging is disabled; the application does not store IP addresses or browser fingerprints in its review records.
You may decline access. Contact Owen to request information, correction or deletion, or to exercise privacy rights available under applicable law. Include your receipt identifier if available; do not send the password or session cookie. Requests may require proportionate verification and may be subject to lawful record-retention needs. This notice does not ask you to waive privacy rights.
